PM Narendra Modi’s 73rd Birthday: Greetings, Achievements, and Development Initiatives

Prime Minister Narendra Modi celebrated his 73rd birthday with warm wishes pouring in from President Droupadi Murmu, politicians, and dignitaries. The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) initiated “Sewa Pakhwara” from today until Mahatma Gandhi’s birth anniversary on October 2, showcasing welfare initiatives in honor of Modi’s birthday.

President Droupadi Murmu expressed her hopes that Modi’s leadership would lead India’s development across all sectors during the ‘Amrit Kaal.’ Home Minister Amit Shah praised Modi as the architect of a new India, emphasizing his dedication to national interest.

Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge and former party chief Rahul Gandhi also extended their wishes. Chief ministers from various parties, including Yogi Adityanath, Nitish Kumar, Siddharamaiah, and Shivraj Singh Chouhan, joined in with birthday greetings for Modi.

BJP President J.P. Nadda credited Modi for enhancing India’s global prestige and achieving multi-dimensional development. Defence Minister Rajnath Singh applauded Modi’s contributions to India’s development and global recognition.

Modi’s admirers and BJP members engaged in activities such as yagna, puja, cleanliness drives, plantation, and distributing food to the underprivileged. On his birthday, Modi launched the “PM Vishwakarma” scheme to support artisans and craftsmen engaged in traditional skills, especially from the Other Backward Classes.

This scheme, with an outlay of Rs 13,000 crore, reflects the BJP’s outreach to this politically significant segment. Additionally, Modi inaugurated the first phase of the India International Convention and Expo Centre (IICC) and extended the Delhi Airport Metro Express line, furthering India’s development.
